Small groups and check-ins

Run your small groups and hear each week whether they met.

How to

  1. Open Small Groups and create a group.
  2. Add its members and choose its leader.
  3. Set how often it meets. The leader is emailed a short check-in on your chosen day.
  4. The leader answers: did we meet, and ticks who came. Anyone else in the room is added as a number.

Good to know

  • Rename small groups to what your church calls them (POD, Life Group, Cell) in Settings → Preferences.
  • Leaders don't have to wait for the email: the group's page has an "Enter this week's update" button.
  • Each group's card shows a row of dots for recent weeks: green met, grey didn't, an outline for no answer. The white centre is this week.
  • The leaders start ticked, since whoever fills it in was there. Untick anyone who wasn't.
  • Admins see the groups they lead themselves at the top, and History shows every group's weeks side by side.
  • A leader of more than one group sees a checklist of them, with the ones still due at the top, and is offered the next group after each save.
