Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our approach

We want every church to be happy with CFOLD. Because it is an online service, there is nothing to post back: this policy covers cancelling a plan and getting a refund.

Cancelling

• You can cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Billing in CFOLD, or by emailing hello@cfold.org from the account holder's email address.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• There are no cancellation fees.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund that payment in full. No reason needed.

After the first 14 days

Later payments are not refunded once their month has started. A yearly payment is not refunded once its first 14 days have passed, but you keep access until the end of the year you paid for and you will not be charged again after you cancel.

If CFOLD is not working

If a problem on our side stops your church from using CFOLD and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, contact hello@cfold.org. We will refund the unused part of the current period.

Not refundable

• A monthly payment once that month has started, or a yearly payment after its first 14 days, other than your first payment within its 14 days, or under "If CFOLD is not working" above.
• Fees charged by your own bank or card issuer, such as currency conversion.

Charges made in error

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we will refund the incorrect charge in full. Please let us know within 30 days.

How refunds are paid

• Request a refund by emailing hello@cfold.org with your church's name and the date of the payment.
• Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through our payment provider.
• Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
